Delete your account
You can ask us to permanently delete your TYO Reach account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and what we may need to keep.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the email address registered to your TYO Reach account. Sending it from your account email lets us verify the request is really yours.
If you are signed in, you can also start from your account page and contact us using the same address.
We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently delete:
- Your TYO Reach account and profile — name, email address and login credentials
- Your Reach API key and device session information
- Your data-usage records used to track your monthly allowance
Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered and you will no longer be able to sign in.
What we may retain
We keep a limited amount of information only where the law requires it or to protect our legitimate interests, for example:
- Payment and billing records required for tax, accounting and fraud prevention, kept for the period required by Australian law
- Records we need to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
We retain these only for as long as necessary, then delete them.
