個人套餐達到流量上限後會怎樣？
閘道器將保持在受限模式下執行 — 您的網路連線依然正常，但流量不再通過 Reach 路由。系統會引導您前往充值頁面以增加流量額度或升級套餐。絕無意外扣費。
團隊席位會佔用流量額度嗎？
不會。團隊套餐按席位收費，而非按 GB 計費。所有席位的所有流量均不限額 — 這也是團隊選擇團隊套餐而非多個個人套餐的主要原因。
Reach 會記錄我的團隊瀏覽內容嗎？
Reach 僅記錄用於計費的連線位元組數，不會記錄 URL 路徑、搜尋查詢或頁面內容。對於 HTTPS 連線，閘道器可以看到主機名，但無法讀取請求內容。Reach 是一個閘道器，而非監控工具。
我可以隨時取消或降級嗎？
