常见问题
我可以先使用个人套餐，以后再升级到团队套餐吗？
可以 — 您的 TYO 账户信息会保留。准备好后，在控制台中创建一个团队，配置流量路由策略并邀请您的团队成员即可。您的个人使用情况将独立进行。
个人套餐达到流量上限后会怎样？
网关将保持在受限模式下运行 — 您的网络连接依然正常，但流量不再通过 Reach 路由。系统会引导您前往充值页面以增加流量额度或升级套餐。绝无意外扣费。
团队席位会占用流量额度吗？
不会。团队套餐按席位收费，而非按 GB 计费。所有席位的所有流量均不限额 — 这也是团队选择团队套餐而非多个个人套餐的主要原因。
Reach 会记录我的团队浏览内容吗？
Reach 仅记录用于计费的连接字节数，不会记录 URL 路径、搜索查询或页面内容。对于 HTTPS 连接，网关可以看到主机名，但无法读取请求内容。Reach 是一个网关，而非监控工具。
我可以随时取消或降级吗？
可以 — 您可以随时在账户控制台中升级、降级或取消。任何套餐均无锁定周期。
