個人プランでデータ上限に達するとどうなりますか？
ゲートウェイは制限モードで動作し続けます。インターネット接続は維持されますが、通信はReachを経由しなくなります。データ追加やアップグレードを行うためのトップアップページが表示されます。予期せぬ請求は一切ありません。
チームプランのシートにデータ上限はありますか？
いいえ。チームプランはギガバイト単位ではなく、シート単位で課金されます。すべてのシートからの通信は無制限です。これが、複数の個人プランよりもチームプランが選ばれる主な理由です。
Reachはチームの閲覧履歴を記録しますか？
Reachは課金のために接続バイト数を記録しますが、URLパス、検索クエリ、ページコンテンツは記録しません。HTTPS接続の場合、ゲートウェイはホスト名を確認できますが、リクエストの内容を読み取ることはできません。Reachは監視ツールではなくゲートウェイです。
いつでも解約やダウングレードはできますか？
はい。アカウントダッシュボードからいつでもアップグレード、ダウングレード、解約が可能です。最低利用期間はありません。
