Cosa succede quando un piano personale raggiunge il limite dati?
Il gateway rimane attivo in modalità limitata — internet continua a funzionare, ma il traffico smette di passare attraverso Reach. Ti verrà mostrata la pagina di ricarica per aggiungere dati o eseguire l'upgrade. Nessun addebito a sorpresa, mai.
Gli utenti del piano Team incidono sul limite dati?
No. I piani Team sono fatturati per utente, non per gigabyte. Tutto il traffico di tutti gli utenti è illimitato — questo è il motivo principale per cui i team scelgono il piano Team rispetto a più piani personali.
Reach registra ciò che il mio team sta navigando?
Reach registra i byte di connessione per la fatturazione, ma non i percorsi URL, le query di ricerca o il contenuto delle pagine. Per le connessioni HTTPS, il gateway vede il nome host ma non può leggere il contenuto della richiesta. Reach è un gateway, non uno strumento di monitoraggio.
Posso annullare o eseguire il downgrade in qualsiasi momento?
Sì — esegui l'upgrade, il downgrade o annulla dalla dashboard del tuo account in qualsiasi momento. Nessun periodo di vincolo su nessun piano.
