Was passiert, wenn ein persönlicher Tarif sein Datenlimit erreicht?
Das Gateway läuft im eingeschränkten Modus weiter — Ihr Internet funktioniert weiterhin, aber der Datenverkehr wird nicht mehr über Reach geleitet. Sie werden zur Aufladeseite weitergeleitet, um Daten hinzuzufügen oder ein Upgrade durchzuführen. Niemals überraschende Kosten.
Zählen Team-Arbeitsplätze gegen ein Datenlimit?
Nein. Team-Tarife werden pro Arbeitsplatz abgerechnet, nicht pro Gigabyte. Der gesamte Datenverkehr aller Arbeitsplätze ist unbegrenzt — dies ist der Hauptgrund, warum Teams den Team-Tarif gegenüber mehreren persönlichen Tarifen wählen.
Protokolliert Reach, was mein Team surft?
Reach protokolliert Verbindungsbytes für die Abrechnung, aber keine URL-Pfade, Suchanfragen oder Seiteninhalte. Bei HTTPS-Verbindungen sieht das Gateway den Hostnamen, kann aber den Anforderungsinhalt nicht lesen. Reach ist ein Gateway, kein Überwachungstool.
Kann ich jederzeit kündigen oder downgraden?
Ja — Sie können jederzeit über Ihr Konto-Dashboard upgraden, downgraden oder kündigen. Keine Mindestlaufzeit bei irgendeinem Tarif.
