개인 플랜의 데이터 한도에 도달하면 어떻게 되나요?
게이트웨이는 제한 모드에서 계속 실행됩니다. 인터넷은 계속 작동하지만 트래픽이 Reach를 통해 라우팅되지 않습니다. 데이터 충전 또는 업그레이드를 위한 페이지가 표시됩니다. 예상치 못한 추가 요금은 절대 없습니다.
팀 좌석도 데이터 한도에 포함되나요?
아니요. 팀 플랜은 기가바이트당 요금이 아닌 좌석당 요금으로 청구됩니다. 모든 좌석의 모든 트래픽은 무제한입니다. 이것이 팀들이 여러 개인 플랜 대신 팀 플랜을 선택하는 주된 이유입니다.
Reach가 팀의 브라우징 기록을 로그로 남기나요?
Reach는 청구를 위해 연결 바이트 수를 기록하지만 URL 경로, 검색 쿼리 또는 페이지 콘텐츠는 기록하지 않습니다. HTTPS 연결의 경우 게이트웨이는 호스트 이름을 볼 수 있지만 요청 콘텐츠는 읽을 수 없습니다. Reach는 모니터링 도구가 아닌 게이트웨이입니다.
언제든지 취소하거나 다운그레이드할 수 있나요?
네, 계정 대시보드에서 언제든지 업그레이드, 다운그레이드 또는 취소할 수 있습니다. 모든 플랜에 약정 기간이 없습니다.
